Tai Chi II
Tai Chi 2 or Fa Jin is a seemingly effortless form with explosive martial arts techniques. Fa Jin translates as discharge power and can be used for self defense or healing. It is the ability to harness yin, yang and earth energy in the lower Tan Tien and direct it intentionally. Known as the Way of the Warrior, Fa Jin culminates Taoist mystical and energetic practices with martial arts.
