Ancient Taoist Magic Workshop

Choose your language

This workshop is designed as a progressive Taoist training that develops internal energy, energetic protection, refined perception, and conscious awareness beyond the waking state. The program follows a clear path – from building stable energy foundations, to working with palms and protection, refining perception, and finally expanding awareness into dream and astral states.

The training is practical and experiential. You will work with systematic chakra activation, palm energy and magnetic hands practices, energetic protection methods, and perception training – learning how to sense, stabilize, and consciously interact with energetic information from people, environments, and subtle layers of experience. Each stage of the workshop develops clarity, control, and energetic coherence.

At the advanced level, the workshop introduces Taoist Dream Yoga practices focused on maintaining awareness during sleep and dream states. These methods train the ability to remain conscious beyond the physical body, explore astral perception, and work with awareness across different states of time and experience.

If you feel ready to move beyond foundational practice and explore advanced Taoist methods under direct guidance, this is a rare opportunity to do so in a structured and safe environment.

21st Century Taoist Master | Book

Throughout the North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia & Asia there is scarcely a person alive with an interest in Taoism that has not yet heard of Master Mantak Chia. Since his arrival in the West over forty years ago, Master Chia has travelled around the globe tirelessly conducting classes and workshops in the previously highly secret methods of Taoist Internal Alchemy.

People who have studied with him now number in the tens of thousands; it is highly likely that Master Chia has taught the Xiao Jiu Tien (Microcosmic Orbit Meditation) to more students than has any Taoist master in history. Master Chia began to attract attention in America in 1982, when his first book, Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao, hit the book stand. Prior to that time, even the concept of Taoist internal Alchemy was known only to a handful of Taoist scholars, martial artists and Chi Kung student, and to those who had read vague references to Chi Kung in popular writings on Taoism.

Now in this book you will discover Mantak Chia’s amazing journal over last seventy-five years from his early childhood, background and training in Asia, moving to the West and founding the Healing Tao and global Taoist teachings and moving back to Asia establishing his International Tao Garden Training Center and the Universal Healing Tao System. This book traces his journey chronologically with over hundreds of pictures and descriptions of his teaching and students.

Origins of Chi Nei Tsang | Book

Mantak Chia has developed different levels of  Chi Nei Tsang, which help the different body parts and systems with special techniques for the internal organs for health problems especially clearing of  the abdominal sexual area, activation of  the four body diaphragms of the body and latest input applying micro-current wave technique to unblock the nervous system of  the body.

Josefine started learning Chi Nei Tsang from level one in the early 1990’s and is continuously using it in single sessions and in teaching. From the very beginning she has been updated from level to level learning process as organizer and German translator of  Master Mantak Chia and of  course through the practices.

Chi Nei Tsang Microcurrent | Book

Each cell of the body is animated by a highly organized and intelligent bioenergy, or bioelectricity. When cells are damaged, they become electrically imbalanced. Recently it has been discovered that microcurrent therapy—applying low-amperage electrical currents to the body—harmonizes the cells, returns them to a normal state of cellular activity, and boosts the body’s natural self-healing abilities. Combining this innovative new modality with ancient Taoist healing methods, Mantak Chia and Aisha Sieburth detail how to integrate microcurrent therapy with Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) energy massage for pain relief, self-healing, and rejuvenation.

The authors explain how microcurrent has a regenerative effect on the nervous system, helping to increase energy levels, promote circulation of blood and lymph, relieve acute or chronic pain, restore pH balance of the blood, balance hormone function, and improve the immune system. Its effects on circulation extend to all the body’s vessels, tissues, and cells as well as enhancing toxin elimination and reducing inflammation. The authors show how microcurrent therapy pairs extraordinarily well with Chi Nei Tsang massage. The microcurrent, flowing through the hands of the massage practitioner into the body, enhances the effects of the massage within the nerves and tissues, making it easier to harmonize the flow of energy, release tensions, and dissolve energetic knots in the meridians.

With illustrated, step-by-step instructions, the authors explain how to use microcurrent therapy during massage and describe the basic techniques of CNT massage. They also show how CNT microcurrent therapy is beneficial for general physical health and for a host of specific ailments, such as nerve pain, arthritis, sciatica, fibromyalgia, shingles, headaches, slow-healing wounds, and tendon and ligament pain.

CranioSacral Chi Kung | Book

“This wonderful book is a jewel for anyone interested in the interweaving of Chi Kung and Craniosacral Work, two of the oldest healing Traditions. You will learn bow to bring these ancient healing practices into daily life in simple, practical ways. A superb resource for self-care and self-growth!” Hugh Milne, author of The Heart of Listening and founder of Visionary Craniosacral Work Exploring the connections between Western Craniosacral therapy and Chi Kung, Taoist master Mantak Chia and Craniosacral instructor Joyce Thoin detail movement exercises, breath work practices, self-massage techniques, and focused medications from Taoist and other wisdom traditions to release and harmonize the flow of energy in the body and optimize our potential for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The authors link the Craniosacral rhythm the gentle flow of cerebrospinal fluid from the head (cranium) to the tailbone (sacrum) and the flow of chi throughout the body, circulated by the pumps of the three tan tiens. They explain how these subtle energetic flows indicate the harmony or disharmony of the whole person and are greatly affected by physical traumas, chronic tensions, and unresolved emotions. For example, the psoas muscle, known in Taoism as the muscle of the soul, connects the spine to the legs and is the first muscle to contract when anger or fear triggers our fight-or-flight response. Often a storehouse of subconscious stressors, this muscle’s sensitivity is connected to many common ailments such as back pain.

Providing step-by-step illustrated exercise instructions, the authors explain how to identify and unwind energetic blockages and emotional and physiological knots. They explore emotional intelligence exercises for tuning in to our hearts so we can listen to our bodies’ messages and learn to relieve related emotional burdens. They 3 reveal how to activate the cranial, respiratory/cardiac, and sacral pumps of the three tan tiens to optimize the body’s energetic flow and explain how, when our energy is flowing freely, we can enter the Cosmic Flow a state of calm well-being and extraordinary creativity where we find ourselves truly at one with the universe.
