Chi self Massage course
Chi Self massage is a Taoist organ detox massage. It’s famous for its exceptional effectiveness and immediate benefits – one of the most powerful treatment modalities available. From ancient times to the present, Taoist Masters have been remarkably youthful, appearing and functioning at least twenty years younger than their actual age. One source of their vitality is the practice of Chi Self Massage.
By practicing this routine 5 to 10 minutes daily you can improve many things, including your complexion, vision, hearing, sinuses, gums, teeth, tongue and general stamina.
The course consists of 10 short videos 5-10 mins each. Every video has subtitles so it’s easy to follow for beginners. Master Mantak Chia explains in detail simple but tremendously helpful exercises.
