Module 1: Inner Alchemy Basic practices
These foundational practices will bring you back to your body’s wisdom and awaken your Qi/life-force energy.
Inner Smile: Use the power of smiling to activate the relaxation response in the parasympathetic nervous system. Get rid of the negative emotion and rebalance the positive emotion.
Six Healing Sounds practice has a special sound for each of the organs, a special healing color and a special position for each sound — it will help you restore good health and connect to the primordial universal energies.
Module 2: Solo cultivation for Men and Women. Multiorgasmic Men and Women
You will learn energetical practices for solo cultivation and exercises for men and women.
Exercises for women include: Jade egg practice to strengthen and tone the vagina and pelvic floor muscles. Ovarian and breast massage, breathing and focus techniques to balance the hormones, allowing a naturally harmonious menstrual cycle and transmission through menopause.
Men learn how to control ejaculation and to transform the sexual energy into Qi, and then transfer it up to nourish their organs and transform into spirit force.
