Primordial Qigong is an internal, moving form that harnesses the energies of solid Earth (yin) with Celestial Heaven (Yang), along with the forces from all directions. It’s traditional name is “wuji gong” which translates as “develops skill for entering the Supreme Mystery.” It has a deep emphasis on spiritual connection and is uniquely powerful.
